By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Platform.

You must provide accurate and complete information while creating an account or submitting a listing.

• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• You must provide genuine and accurate registration information.
• You must not use another person's identity without authorization.
• You must not create accounts for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Businesses must have the necessary authority to publish information about their business.

India Listing Portal reserves the right to restrict or terminate accounts that do not satisfy these requirements.

India Listing Portal operates as an online listing and discovery platform. We provide technology and online space through which users may publish and discover business information.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, India Listing Portal is not the owner, manufacturer, seller, employee, agent, representative, or service provider of businesses listed on the Platform.

A listing appearing on the Platform does not automatically mean that India Listing Portal has verified, endorsed, guaranteed, or recommended the listed business, product, service, price, quality, performance, certification, or claim.

Certain features of the Platform may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities performed through your account.

• Keep your username, password, OTP, and other credentials confidential.
• Immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Do not share your account with unauthorized persons.
• Ensure that information associated with your account remains accurate.

India Listing Portal may suspend or terminate an account where there is suspected misuse, fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or unlawful activity.

Users may create and publish business or service listings subject to the Platform's requirements and applicable plans.

The person submitting a listing is solely responsible for the information provided in that listing.

Listing information may include, but is not limited to:

• Business name
• Business category
• Business description
• Address and location
• Phone number
• Email address
• Website and social media links
• Business images and logos
• Products and services
• Business hours
• Pricing or service information
• Other information relevant to the listing

Users must ensure that all information submitted is accurate, current, lawful, and not misleading.

India Listing Portal may review listings before or after publication. Review may include checking the listing for completeness, inappropriate content, spam, duplication, misleading information, prohibited content, or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to approve, reject, modify, restrict, suspend, deactivate, or remove any listing at our discretion where reasonably necessary to maintain the quality and integrity of the Platform.

Submission of a listing does not guarantee publication, approval, ranking, search visibility, enquiries, leads, traffic, or business results.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to India Listing Portal remains accurate and up to date.

Users must not publish false, deceptive, exaggerated, outdated, or materially misleading information about their business, products, services, qualifications, pricing, certifications, experience, location, or achievements.

If information changes, the User should update the relevant listing as soon as reasonably possible.

Users must not submit, publish, promote, transmit, or link to content that:

• Is illegal or promotes illegal activities.
• Contains fraudulent or deceptive information.
• Infringes copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights.
• Contains malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
• Contains defamatory or knowingly false statements.
• Promotes hate, harassment, violence, or discrimination.
• Contains sexually explicit or inappropriate material.
• Promotes scams, phishing, or fraudulent schemes.
• Misrepresents a business or another person.
• Uses another business's identity without authorization.
• Creates duplicate listings for the purpose of manipulating search results.
• Attempts to manipulate reviews, ratings, enquiries, clicks, or Platform metrics.
• Violates applicable laws or regulations.

India Listing Portal may remove such content and may suspend or terminate the responsible account.

India Listing Portal provides listing and discovery options across 500+ categories and 150+ cities. Categories and city coverage may be added, modified, consolidated, suspended, or removed from time to time.

Availability of a particular category, city, search result, listing position, or service area is not guaranteed and may change based on Platform updates, demand, data availability, quality standards, and other operational considerations.

India Listing Portal may provide different listing plans, including free and paid plans. Each plan may provide different features, listing limits, visibility options, promotional features, media options, or other benefits.

Plan features, prices, duration, eligibility, limitations, and availability may be changed from time to time.

A paid plan does not guarantee a specific number of enquiries, customers, calls, website visits, leads, sales, rankings, impressions, or revenue.

Where paid services are available, the User agrees to pay the applicable amount displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase.

• Prices may be displayed inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, as indicated during checkout.
• Payment must be completed through the payment methods provided by the Platform.
• Subscription activation is subject to successful payment confirmation.
• Users should verify plan details before completing payment.
• Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment service providers.

India Listing Portal does not store complete payment card, banking, or other sensitive payment credentials unless expressly stated in the applicable privacy documentation.

Users should review the applicable plan and refund terms before purchasing a paid service.

Unless otherwise expressly stated by India Listing Portal, payment for a subscription or digital listing service may not automatically qualify for a refund merely because the User does not receive the expected number of enquiries, customers, leads, calls, impressions, rankings, or business results.

Refund requests, where applicable, may be reviewed based on the circumstances of the transaction, applicable law, payment status, service usage, and the specific refund policy applicable to the purchased plan.

Where a refund is approved, the amount may be processed through the applicable payment channel and may be subject to reasonable processing timelines.

Listing position, search results, recommendations, category placement, city placement, and visibility may depend on several factors, including but not limited to listing quality, relevance, completeness, user search behaviour, location, freshness, plan features, Platform algorithms, and other operational factors.

Purchasing a paid plan does not guarantee a permanent or specific position in search results.

The Platform may allow users to submit ratings, reviews, feedback, or other comments about listed businesses.

Reviews must represent the reviewer's genuine experience or honest opinion and must not be fabricated, purchased, manipulated, or submitted for the purpose of unfairly damaging or promoting a business.

• Users must not submit fake reviews.
• Businesses must not create fake customer accounts to increase ratings.
• Users must not demand payment or benefits in exchange for removing a review.
• Reviews must not contain unlawful, abusive, or threatening content.

India Listing Portal may remove or restrict reviews that violate these Terms or applicable policies.

Users retain ownership of content they lawfully submit to the Platform, subject to the rights granted to India Listing Portal under these Terms.

By submitting content, you grant India Listing Portal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, format, distribute, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, improve, and provide the Platform and its services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit such content.

Unless otherwise stated, the India Listing Portal website, branding, logos, design elements, software, interface, graphics, text, databases, and other Platform materials are owned by or licensed to India Listing Portal and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit Platform content without prior written authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications, payment gateways, social media platforms, or other services.

India Listing Portal may help users discover businesses and connect with them. Any communication, quotation, purchase, appointment, service engagement, payment, contract, or other transaction between a User and a listed business is solely between the relevant parties.

India Listing Portal does not become a party to transactions between Users and listed businesses unless expressly stated otherwise.

Users should independently verify business credentials, pricing, availability, certifications, warranties, terms, and other relevant information before entering into a transaction.

India Listing Portal provides the Platform on an "as available" and "as is" basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will always be available or uninterrupted.
• All listing information will always be accurate or complete.
• Every listed business will meet a particular quality standard.
• A listing will receive enquiries, calls, leads, customers, or sales.
• A paid plan will produce a specific commercial result.
• Search rankings or visibility will remain unchanged.

Users are responsible for exercising appropriate judgment when dealing with businesses or information discovered through the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, India Listing Portal and its owners, employees, representatives, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from or related to the use of the Platform, including loss of business, revenue, profits, data, opportunities, or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
